Fundraising Approval Requests
Williamson County Schools requires a completed Fundraising Approval Request Form (PTO-Booster) for every event or activity that raises funds for a team. The form is located online at the link below. Paper applications are no longer accepted. Please complete the request at least two weeks prior to the start of the fundraiser. Certain fundraisers (sponsor donations, banner sales, concession sales, etc) can be created for the entire school year - July 1 (or two weeks from the date of submission) to June 30. An expense sheet listing all team expense categories is required with each fundraiser application. NOTE: If you do not sell concessions for your team/club but you do volunteer to work varsity basketball or football game concessions, you will need to complete a fundraiser request for the payout. WE DO NOT RECEIVE A COPY OR CONFIRMATION OF YOUR FUNDRAISER REQUESTS SO PLEASE SEND US A COPY WHEN IT IS APPROVED.
