THE 2026 CAC SCHOLAR-ATHLETE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
Applications are due by March 27, 2026. Please read all of the instructions. Applicants must submit the completed application form and all required materials in one packet by one of the following methods:
● Email cougarathletic@gmail.com.
● Place the documents in the Cougar Athletic Club mailbox in the CHS front office.

Fundraising Approval Requests

Williamson County Schools requires a completed Fundraising Approval Request Form (25-26 PTO-Booster Fundraiser Request) for every event or activity that raises funds for a team. The approvals are completed and submitted in the Givebacks platform. Paper applications are no longer accepted. Please complete the request at least two weeks prior to the start of the fundraiser. Certain fundraisers (sponsor/corporate/community donations, banner sales, concession sales, etc) can be created for the entire school year - July 1 (or two weeks from the date of submission) to June 30. An expense sheet listing all team expense categories is required with each fundraiser application. 

All teams should have a parent team representative who will complete the fundraiser requests. Please contact cougarathletic@gmail.comif you need to be added.
